In force from 9 October 2026.
Deadhead Flights collects as little as it can. This page sets out, question by question, what happens to the details you type into a request form here.
Who reads my request?
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Deadhead Flights. Whenever this page says "we", it means Charter Jet One working under the Deadhead Flights name.
What arrives with it?
Your name, email address and phone number; the trip itself (airports or cities, dates, trip type, passenger count and anything written in the notes box); your answer to the optional offers checkbox; and a few technical labels that say how you reached the form, namely the referring page and any campaign tags such as utm_source carried in the link.
Browsing the site sends us nothing. There are no accounts, no payment fields and no hidden profiles.
What do you do with it?
Three things only. We use it to work out an answer to your request, to set up the flight if you go ahead, and, where you ticked the offers box, to email you repositioning flights and other charter offers from time to time. Unticking is as easy as replying to one of those emails and saying so.
Who else sees it?
The operator that would fly you, plus the handful of service providers needed to quote and book the trip, for example a ground handler or a caterer. Each receives only the part it needs. Your details are not sold, rented or swapped, and no advertiser ever receives them.
How long is it kept?
Only as long as the request, the trip and our legal and accounting duties require. A request that never turns into a flight is erased or stripped of anything that identifies you once it has served its purpose.
Can I see, fix or delete it?
Yes, all three. Write back to any message we have sent you, or put a note in the request form, and say what you would like done. We may check that the request really comes from you, and a small amount of booking paperwork may have to be kept where the law demands it.
Do you use cookies or analytics?
No analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking pixels. The only cookies are any the site strictly needs in order to work. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which sees the ordinary request information every browser sends.
What about children?
The site is aimed at adults planning flights. We do not set out to gather details about children; if a minor is flying with you, their information is used for the trip and nothing else.
Is it stored safely?
Requests travel over an encrypted connection, and only the people working on your trip can open them. Please keep passport numbers and card details out of the notes box; we ask for those separately when they are genuinely needed.
Will this page change?
If it does, the date at the top moves with it. We will not apply a material change to details we already hold without telling you first.
